The Utah Hunter Education Course is the main course students will need to enjoy all of the hunting activities for both large and small game hunts. If students wish to change their methods of hunting, we do offer the Utah Bow Hunter Course and the Utah Furharvester Courses. We do offer an Advanced Trapping Course for those who are interested in furthering their education and experince as trappers. The NRA Basic Personal Protection Inside the Home and the NRA Basic Personal Protection Outside the Home Courses are other ideal options for concealed permit holders. These two courses are great for those who have completed the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course to continue their education and who may be interested in obtaining the Utah Concealed Firearm Permit.
For those who already have their CFP’s, we offer several defensive shooting courses to continue their education and training. The Utah CCW Training Defensive Pistol course is designed in two blocks, one for beginners and the other for more experienced shooters. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a course completion certificate and a student CD.
The Utah Concealed Firearm Permit classis about 4 hours long. It is highly recommended that candidates for this class have prior understanding of how to handle a firearm. If not, then the student will receive additional instruction after the course or one of the NRA courses from us at a considerable discount. This is our commitment of excellence to all of our students.

This is a 3-4 hour class for those who have never fired a gun and want to learn what gun ownership is all about. The NRA Basic Pistol Course is an 8 hour course that consists of classroom and range education.
